Is it not true that men and women living in this nation have the right to enjoyment of their private property; and are not subject to their private property being used without consent to serve without compensation as an installation hub location for deployment of radiation-emitting surveillance technology? Answer yes or no.
I recognize your intention and or action to deploy a “smart”, “advanced”, “AMI”, “upgraded”, or otherwise any digital utility meter with data transmission capabilities (hereinafter referred to as “Trespassing Technology”) at or near my private dwelling, as a contract offer.
Accepting your contract offer would cause me harm.
Until further explicit notice given by me in writing, I do not accept any of your offers for deployment of Trespassing Technology on or near my private dwelling.
I demand that you remove any and all Trespassing Technology at or near my private dwelling within 10 days. I will accept only a safe analog electromechanical meter, without any digital or data transmission components, at or near my private dwelling.
Should you not comply with this demand, and or correspond with me in such a way that does not explicitly answer the two questions at the top of this Notice, by your actions you agree that you, your heirs, successors, assignees and agents shall be subject, jointly and severally, to liability and all other terms to be specified by me at forthcoming date.
Further, communication about this commercial matter must be in writing. Should you, your agents or your assignees attempt communications pertaining to this matter with me or anyone who lives in my private dwelling via telephone, electronic mail, in person, or via any method other than in writing, such communications shall be void and deemed as criminal harassment and nuisance, and will be subject to prosecution as such.
